Children grow quickly and rather than having to continually take your charm bracelet to the jeweler to move charms to a new bracelet, we recommend our 7" Traditional Small Link Charm Bracelet for the young charm collector. Don't worry about this charm bracelet being too big. Simply clip the heavy duty lobster clasp onto any bracelet link ensuring a proper fit. Since all Traditional Link Charm Bracelets come with a signature MCL star charm already attached, the sterling silver charm will dangle at the end providing a fun little drop! As the child's wrist grows, simply clip the bracelet on links farther out. Currently, MyCharmedLife does not offer engraving services. Typically, a reputable local jeweler can provide such services. We regret that engraved items cannot be returned.
Sometimes, on the "Shipping Information" page, it appears that there is no way to continue to the next page in the checkout process. When this happens, make sure you select your shipping carrier preference first, THEN another drop down menu will appear and you must select the shipping carrier method/level (i.e. Priority Mail, Ground, 3 Day Ground Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air). Since some screen sizes vary, you may be required to scroll down or scroll to the right of your screen in order to "click" on the Continue button. Yes, all orders processed via the website will receive an order confirmation notice. In addition, once the item(s) ship, an e-mail notice with the tracking information either from UPS (via QuantumView Network) or USPS (via mycharmedlife.com) will be sent.
At MyCharmedLife we work very hard to minimize "out of stock" situations. However, if an item is out of stock, MyCharmedLife will notify you for further direction from you. Sometimes you may choose to substitute another charm in order to expedite your order.
Yes! While MyCharmedLife.com does not currently accept international addresses, MyCharmedLife is happy to offer international shipping for credit card customers only. Please note that for goods shipped outside of the United States, you are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, fees and/or documentation depending upon the customs regulations in your country. For international shipments, MCL utilizes USPS Global Priority Mail as the shipping method. The flat rate for international shipping will be $18.00 US (unless otherwise notified), plus a $4.00 US handling fee. An International Order Form must be completed and can either be faxed to 773.427.4605 or emailed to email@example.com .

I'm ordering this as a gift for someone in the same household and would like to know what name appears as the return address on the shipping label?
For privacy and security reasons, all packages shipped from MyCharmedLife shows only our corporate name: LGZ, Inc.
I'm ordering this as a gift and having it shipped to a different name and address than the "bill to" address. Will the gift recipient see the price of all the items?
No. MyCharmedLife includes a gift receipt with the package as well as any "gift with purchase" special offers. For example, with any charm bracelet ordered, a complimentary Charm Diary is sent within the package. As an added security measure, a printed Sales Receipt is mailed, via USPS, to the bill-to address. This receipt and the e-mail order confirmation will contain pricing information.
Yes! Gift Certificates are purchased just like any other item in our on-line boutique. You can either select electronic or paper gift certificates. Once purchased and your payment has been confirmed by MCL, you will either receive an e-mail letting you know the Gift Certificate Code with redemption instructions or we will mail the paper gift certificate directly to the recipient. Just provide us with information either as the "ship to" address or in the "special instructions" area of the order. Unfortunately, we do NOT send electronic gift certificates directly to recipients due to Spam Filtering technologies. Recipients are more likely to open e-mails from known sources.
No. As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Certificate, it will not expire. You can spend it anytime. And, unlike some other companies, we do not charge a fee for holding a gift certificate open beyond a specified time.
Place items in your shopping bag just as you normally would and upon checkout, simply input the Gift Certificate Code on the Payment Information page. Should your Gift Certificate not cover the total amount of your purchase, you will be required to enter a credit card number.
