My Charmed Life prides itself on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days (of shipment or purchases made at an event.)

In order to provide protection during shipment, we ask you to utilize the original shipping materials to the best of your ability. You will need to include the following documentation with your return/exchange:

My Charmed Life is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping for returns or exchanges. In order to protect your purchase, all returns or exchanges should be sent, via an insured shipping method, to:

NOTE: THIS IS NOT A RETAIL WALK-UP LOCATION AND AS SUCH IT CAN ONLY ACCEPT PACKAGES FROM ESTABLISHED SHIPPING COMPANIES SUCH AS UPS, USPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, DHL, AIRBORNE EXPRESS, etc.

Group discounted purchases or orders of 6 or more of the same charm are subject to return for manufacturing defects only.
