Our cleaning process requires your bracelet to be submerged in a mild jewelry cleanser and utilizes the process of tumbling.  Due to the differences in craftsmanship, overall age and delicate nature of charms, My Charmed Life will send a follow-up email letting you know we received your bracelet and reviewed it's condition for the tumbling process.  We will advise of any recommendations regarding the cleaning and repair of your bracelet.  After inspecting the charm attachments, My Charmed Life will replace up to ten (10) charm attachments with 6mm, sterling silver split rings, if necessary. Since both enameling and charms with stones can be fragile, these charms will be removed, hand polished and placed in the same spot using a split ring.  This service is intended for .925 sterling silver only.  Photos will be taken before and after cleaning.

We will send your bracelet back to you via the shipping method you selected on your order.

If additional charms are ordered on this order, please indicate if they are to be added to the bracelet or boxed separatel and sent with the cleaned bracelet.  If you have loose charms, please include and we will attach and or clean if we think they could benefit from tumbling. The cleaning and inspection service takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

INSURANCE:  Your bracelet will be sent back via the method selected on your initial order.  Your bracelet will be insured for up to $200USD.  Should you wish additional shipping insurance please add above.
